The Best Deviled Eggs
Delicious and creamy deviled eggs that are the perfect take along to any get together

- 20 Hard Boiled Eggs Peeled
- ¼ cup Sour Cream
- ½ Mayonnaise
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp spicy brown Mustard
- Toppings of choice!
Slice the eggs lengthwise and remove yolk. Place yolk in small bowl and set whites aside.
With a fork, smash yolks until they resemble course meal
Stir in remaining ingredients until fully incorporated
Fill each egg white half with about 1½ teaspoons of filling, evenly dividing the mixture between all 40 halves
Top each egg with about a ¼ teaspoon of desired topping
Keep covered in fridge until ready to serve
