Sourdough Discard Biscuits in the Ninja Foodi

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Self Rising Flour
  • Cup crisco/lard/or butter
  • 1 Cup Sourdough Discard
  • ½ Cup Milk

Instructions
 

  • In a large Mixing bowl cut together flour and fat to resemble course meal.
  • Stir in discard and milk until just combined then knead for one minute until fully combined and smooth
  • Roll dough out on lightly floured surface and cut with biscuit cutter or drinking glass
  • Place in Ninja Foodi Bowl so biscuits are just touching.
  • Select Bake on Foodi, set temperature to 400°F and timer for 12 to 15 minutes. Bake until golden brown on top and cooked through.
