Self Rising Flour

crisco/lard/or butter

Cup
Sourdough Discard
½
Cup
Milk
Instructions
In a large Mixing bowl cut together flour and fat to resemble course meal.
Stir in discard and milk until just combined then knead for one minute until fully combined and smooth
Roll dough out on lightly floured surface and cut with biscuit cutter or drinking glass
Place in Ninja Foodi Bowl so biscuits are just touching.
Select Bake on Foodi, set temperature to 400°F and timer for 12 to 15 minutes. Bake until golden brown on top and cooked through.
