Granola with Maple Syrup

a crunchy sweet treat to top your favorite yogurt or eat by the handful

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 cups whole oats

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 250
  • in a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except the oats
  • fold in the oats until all the liquid is absorbed
  • spread mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 250℉ for 20 to 30 minutes
  • Allow mixture to cool completely and store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
