Granola with Maple Syrup

- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 1 egg white
- 3 cups whole oats
Preheat oven to 250
in a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except the oats
fold in the oats until all the liquid is absorbed
spread mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 250℉ for 20 to 30 minutes
Allow mixture to cool completely and store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
