Pawpaw Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies
Soft Chewy and Delicious cookies combine pawpaw with familiar ingredients for one delicious bite.

- ½ cup pawpaw pulp
- ½ cup brown sugar packed
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 5 tbsp butter softened
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 egg room temperature
- 1¼ cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 cups Quick Oats
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup Semi sweet chocolate chips
Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy
Add egg, vanilla, and pawpaw and beat until well combined
In separate bowl, combine flour, oats, baking soda, and salt and mix well
Fold dry ingredients into wet combining well but making sure not to over mix
Stir in chocolate chips
Using a tablespoon cookie scoop, drop the cookies by spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes until golden brown
Cool on wire rack and store in an airtight container
