Peach Cobbler
Deliciously easy peach cobbler recipe with canned peaches and sourdough discard

- 1 Cup AP Flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup juice from peaches
- 1 cup Sourdough Discard
- 1 16 oz canned peaches (halves)
- ½ cup brown sugar packed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp AP Flour
In a small bowl whisk together first 5 ingredients and set aside
In cast iron skillet, dump remaining ingredients and mix
Top peach mixture with discard mixture
Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes until mixture is bubbly, topping is golden, and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
