Peach Cobbler

Deliciously easy peach cobbler recipe with canned peaches and sourdough discard

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup AP Flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup juice from peaches
  • 1 cup Sourdough Discard
  • 1 16 oz canned peaches (halves)
  • ½ cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp AP Flour

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl whisk together first 5 ingredients and set aside
  • In cast iron skillet, dump remaining ingredients and mix
  • Top peach mixture with discard mixture
  • Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes until mixture is bubbly, topping is golden, and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
