Refrigerator Soup
A delicious hodgepodge of all those veggies and proteins hanging out in your fridge and pantry

- 1 32 oz whole tomatoes in juice
- 1 15 oz corn
- Assorted Leftover veggies chopped peppers, onion, greenbeans, carrots etc.
- potatoes cubed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Bay leaf
- Cooked Protein of choice
- Water to cover
Place all ingredients into a dutch oven and bring to a boil.
Stir and cover, reducing heat to medium low until potatoes are tender
