Refrigerator Soup

A delicious hodgepodge of all those veggies and proteins hanging out in your fridge and pantry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 32 oz whole tomatoes in juice
  • 1 15 oz corn
  • Assorted Leftover veggies chopped peppers, onion, greenbeans, carrots etc.
  • potatoes cubed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • Cooked Protein of choice
  • Water to cover

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a dutch oven and bring to a boil.
  • Stir and cover, reducing heat to medium low until potatoes are tender
