- 2 Carrots Diced
- 8-10 Small Potatoes (Baby Red or Yellow) Skin on, Diced
- 2 Small Sweet Potatoes
- Drizzle Olive oil
- 1 tsp Paprika
- salt to taste
- ΒΌ tsp garlic powder
Toss diced veggies with olive oil and spices in Ninja Foodi Bowl. Spread into even layer
Set Foodi to Bake/Roast at 400 degrees for 25 minutes
Vegetables are done when the outside is crisp and the inside is fork tender
