Slowcooker Applebutter

A delicious and easy slowcooker applebutter perfect for small batch canning.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 lbs Apples peeled, cored, and sliced
  • ¾ cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Clove
  • 1 tsp Apple Pie Spice

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients together in slow cooker or Ninja Foodi
  • Cook on low for 12 hours. Keep warm
  • Sterilize jars and heat in simmering water. Wash lids
  • Ladle warm applebutter into prepared jars. Wipe rims and center lids. Hand tighten ring Bring to a low boil and water bath for 20 minutes.
  • Remove processed jars from waterbath and set on the counter for 24 hours to ensure full seal.
