White Chicken Chili

A simple recipe full of tender chicken, bright bursts of corn, and a little spice is made easy in the ninja foodi

Equipment

  • Ninja Foodi or Slow Cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken Breast We used frozen, but you can use thawed or fresh
  • 1 onion Chopped
  • ½ lb Navy Beans We used quick soaked dry, you can also use 1 can in place of the dried bean.
  • 32 oz chicken broth
  • 15 oz canned corn
  • 4 oz diced green chili
  • 1 ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • 1 ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cloves garlic fine chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 oz cream cheese

Instructions
 

  • In Ninja Foodi combine all ingredients EXCEPT cream cheese.
  • Set Foodi to Slow Cook on Hi temp for 4 hours
  • At 4 hours take the chicken out and shred, return to Foodi
  • Adjust temperature to low and cook another 4 to 6 hours
  • 30 minutes before serving, add cream cheese and stir until melted.
